I'm back!! I started this blog in January of 2010 with total expectations of keeping it current, if not daily at least weekly. Wow..... Big Fail! You know what they say...... "If at first you don't succeed, try again." So here I am, trying again.
A lot has happened in our life in the past 21 months. Two weeks after starting this blog, a dear friend of ours was involved in a tragic car accident and was severely injured. He passed away in Oct. 2010. We lost my Grandfather to cancer in Aug. 2010. Then in early Nov. 2010, we found out we were pregnant. On June 21, 2011 at 7:25 pm...... Amelia Hope was born. She has been such a blessing to us and our family. After such a sad 2010, Amelia has brought so much joy to our lives and hope for the future (that's why I thought Hope was perfect for her middle name).
Well, we recently found out more joy is to come! We are expecting...... AGAIN! Now that the shock has worn off (I think!?!) I can talk about it a little easier. It's kind of funny how we found out, but I'll save that for another post. I am due - May 2012. Yes, that means Amelia and Baby Z #6 will be less than 11 months apart......if I make it to my due date, and since I'm 0-5 on that, it's looking like 10 or 10.5 months apart. WOW! It's a good thing I have an awesome hubby and family always willing and offering to help! :)
One day I'll go back and try to catch up on the past 21 months in pictures........ But for now, I have to get up and get this day started!!
